允许玩家生成自己的马
权限
此插件使用权限系统。要分配权限，请使用
oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>。要删除权限，请使用oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.whereismyhorse.use-允许使用/horse命令召唤一匹马。whereismyhorse.useon-允许其他玩家生马。（旁路冷却/无逃生检查）

/horse-尝试在玩家位置处繁殖马/horse <player name or id>-试图为其他玩家生马
